1. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall wppluginexperts be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if wppluginexperts or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. License
Our WordPress plugins are released under the Envato License. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license, the plugin will work fine but you won’t get automatic updates.
Each product from our site includes 6 months of support and lifetime update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to get support from our team.
3. Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of wppluginexperts. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.
If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up support tickets.
4. Refund Policy
wppluginexperts provides digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing our plugins or any custom software which means all sales is final. Once you have our software, you can not “return” the product.
Our refund policy has only one condition- If we fail to solve a bug in our product, we will issue a refund.

5. Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
However, you can always check the products on our demo server before purchasing to be sure about the issues. Our contact form is always there to help you.
6. Product Updates
Each individual product purchased from wppluginexperts includes free updates to customers for lifetime. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but wppluginexperts does it’s best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with older versions of WordPress (3.0 or earlier).
7. Account Termination and Suspension
wppluginexperts reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.
- Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the wppluginexperts staff and/or other wppluginexperts customers.
- Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against wppluginexperts, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing wppluginexperts products.
- Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
- We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons. All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.
8. Privacy Policy
User account data and certain other information about you will never be sold or rented to any third-party. You understand that through your use of our services you consent to the collection and use of this information which includes the transfer of this information to the United States of America Government and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by wppluginexperts. We generally use your personal information and account data for order processing, preventing fraudulent activities, invoicing and contacting you via email.
